Most of these programs do not require more than weights and a yoga mat. If you invest in multiple programs, you create a library of exercises that you can alternate at any time. It's like having a personal trainer on duty. You can exercise at any time, without worrying about gym fees, going to and from a gym, sweaty team germs, overcrowding, perspiration from gym members, and waiting to use the devices.
